Nerdis ("the site") processes information only to the extent necessary to operate the service. This page explains what information is processed and why, which external services (including advertising) are used, and how to contact us. For the terms of use, see the Terms of Service.
1. Information we process
All content on the site is written and published directly by the operator, and there is no user registration. We therefore do not directly collect personal identifiers such as your name or email. The following may be collected automatically while you use the service:
- Access logs: IP address, browser and device information, access time, pages viewed
- Cookies and similar technologies: cookies and advertising identifiers used for usage statistics and ad serving
2. Purposes of processing
- Operating and improving the service and reviewing usage statistics
- Serving ads, measuring ad performance, preventing invalid ad traffic, and covering operating costs
- Responding to abnormal access, spam, and other security threats
3. Retention
Automatically collected information is deleted without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. It may be retained longer where necessary for security incident response or as required by applicable law.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or provide your information to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
5. External services and overseas processing
We use the following external service to serve ads. Some information may be processed on the provider's servers overseas.
- Google LLC — Google AdSense: may process IP address, cookies, advertising identifiers, browser information, and page URLs to serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent invalid traffic (processing location: United States and others).

6. Cookies and opting out
- External services such as Google AdSense may use their own cookies or similar technologies for ad serving and measurement.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or opt out of third-party ad cookies at www.aboutads.info.
- You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your information, and the operator will handle such requests without undue delay after verification.
8. Security
Access to collected information is limited to the minimum necessary for operation, and we monitor for and respond to abnormal access.
